been out of the supplement game for a bit and haven't been keeping up with the market at all. Regardless, its that time of year again so I'm looking for some informed opinions on my summer cutting stack
Basics
-Multi
-Fish oil
-Greens Superfood
-Green tea extract? (worth it?)
Stack
-Oxyelite Pro
-Lean Xtreme
-Shift by PES*** I am the most skeptical about this one. I know absolutely nothing about products such as this besides the basic research i've done just googling the ingredient. Does this cause any type of thyroid shutdown? And is it generally safe and effective?
