yup. Alright thanks I'll try to keep that in mind. My friend told me to go parallel, but I felt pain in my chins after so I decided to try ATG and it feels much better on my knees. So I'm sticking to it.

are you guys kidding? Its good for his first time but its not perfect..
Work on keeping that core (mainly the lower back and abs) engaged and keep your chest up. Pulling your shoulder blades together also helps to present the chest. Re-watch the video and look at your chest as you go down. It falls forward. Your chest should be in straight line up and down.
Other than that, keep it up. Its pretty good for your first time.
