    Thanks Laura..I did get a 315# deadlift (1 rep) on back day..Nothing spectacular but pretty good for me..I am kind of back sliding on the heavy stuff!

    Thanks Wish..Haven't gave much thought to competing, sometimes I feel like I am on the down hill side as far as heavy lifting goes..Main goal is just try to maintain!
