Cellucor not helping
i have been taking the Cellucor weight loss stack since March 31 and I don't think it's doing squat. I know supplements/stacks are not magic pills, but I was just looking for a little boost to my weight loss. I know 1lb a week is still good, but I would've thought that the Cellucor would've given those numbers a little bit of a boost. Nope. and that chit is expensive too!! I need to order one more stack to properly complete the cycle, but I'm not sure if I want to. They do have another stack with a slightly stronger stimulant, but I honestly don't know if that will make much of a difference.
I used the stimulant free stack 2 years ago and had some luck with it.
Right now, my cal intake is about 1700-2000, i lift 3x a week, and do cardio about 5-6 times a week
I'm gonna be one to watch in 2012. Just wait and see.

You don't need any stimulants at your weight.
Diet will do the job just fine.

my diet is going well and my workouts have been pretty badass. strength wise i feel like i haven't really taken much time off from lifting. i was able to pick up where i left off at.
the only thing is - i'm running out of time. i actually have an end date that i need to have quite a few more pounds off by...
damn Army regulations and standards....

Which products are you using, and which dosing schedule did you choose? Its often people choose the wrong stacks, or salespersons at retail chains mis-suggest our line up.

OK take this from someone who uses every supplement she can get her hands on!! LOL
I'm a firm believer in supplement use..
But none of these supplements will burn fat! I love stims and I love the benefits. I think they do help in weightloss but not by burning fat. What they will do is help you stay more active and boost your endurance during workouts. Basically they help provide your body with energy that you might lose do the decreased cals in your diet. Some of them can also help control your appetite so you eat less and they can be a mood booster. Most of this will come from the caffeine in them.
If you have deadline and all your losing is one pound a week then you need to drop your calories.

i was taking the basic weight loss stack. after 3 weeks, i found it was no longer helping with appetite supression or that much energy. and i was taking 2 D4 capsules both morning and afternoon.
i know that the products themselves won't burn the fat, i was just hoping for that kick with energy since i don't drink coffee and a little help with curbing my appetite. the past week or so, i felt like i could've eaten just about anything and everything placed in front of me. i didn't, but i wanted to!

That sounds like you just adapted to the product quickly. You prob have a high tolerance level for caffeine. So peeps do.
Generally one of two things happens at this stage.
One you just adapted and you need to cycle off to get those benefits back at a later date. (If you've cycled off and feel nothing from the loss of the product you need to break.)
OR
The second is the product is still working but you've gotten use to the way it feels. (If you stop taking the supp and you feel like like crap, like your energy levels take a serious dive. Then I would keep taking it and just except it's not gonna control your appetite. Generally that's the first thing you get use to.)
That's how I judge when I need to cycle products.. I'm hardcore fatburner addict. LOL seriously I take them all the time. There's alot of benefits to them. I take them even when I'm not losing weight just for performance & endurance boosts.

I was debating trying something else. Friday was the last day that I took anything and I was dragging a$$ all weekend. I'm even debating a soda today because I'm just exhausted!

Yeah that works great to. I have different fat burners I like to cycle through to. Sometimes just a switch does the trick. If you do switch look for one with slightly higher caffeine content then what you are taking now.
If your using the D4 thermal shock from cellucor then it has 150 mg's of caffeine per dose. Which IMO is lower then I would look for. I prefer at least 200 mg's a dose. LOL, then I generally use little boosts of different things to stack with it. Like coffee shots or something.

LOL Wait a minute..

Wait are you taking 4 caps of the D4 a day?? LOL That's alot of caffeine. If you are you must have a high tolerance level. All the people I know with really high tolerances have to constantly switch stims. I don't know why that helps but it seams to. If not and I misread that... then were back my last previous post.. try one maybe a little higher in caffeine.

I started with the regular D4. Thinking about trying thermal shock or OEP
I wish there wasn't a deadline and that I could continue a slow and steady loss with no stress, but certain aspects of my job are greatly affected by my weight. (like the ability to keep my job!) I really should've been more careful while I was pregnant :/
