There are plenty of proteins out there and I've tried a lot. I have been using something called Iso Prime by Xspinx and its the best tasting one I ever had. Although there isn't much content on them so I am unsure if it super clean ( tasted it) but out of these. I am looking for Flavor..not to thick, LOW carbs...something that taste good with water and not milk. Looking for an ISO protein.
Thank you!
What ones out of these:
universal nutrition animal
dynamtize
muscletech
isopure
BPI

Out of those? Animal or Dymatize. Dymatize 100 is one of the best tasting isolates and Animal kills it with all flavors regardless of choice.
In regards to clean, drop that thought. Just ensure its a company you trust with a profile low in carbs for you. Almost any isolate or whey powder will be low enough.Your nutrition and workout program determines your success.

Some good proteins in the list you made OP. Iso-HD is verified through chromadex, so you know you're getting what's on the label and comes in many delicious flavors like Peanut Butter Candy Bar, S'mores, and Banana Cream Pie. You can buy a tub and get 2 trial size tubs for free with it, so you can try a couple different flavors.

Otherwise I've had Iso-100 from the list and Fudge Brownie and Bday Cake are both good flavors from that line.Progressive overload + progressive eating = gains. Simple as that!

OP, Peanut Butter Candy Bar and Smores are highly recommended BPI ISOHD flavors.
ISOHD is outstanding in water.Last edited by TheFugitive; 04-14-2016 at 06:59 AM.

Dymatize would be my choice. Their B-Day Cake protein in water is outstanding.

Depends why someone is using it - Also I disagree on it being bland, I do not think its bland at all but to each their own.
Their are lactose free milks using enzymes given the large 65%+ depending on the community globally of lactose issues using an isolates is fairly common
This forum seems to make it seem like everyone can handle a concentrate/casein etc blend, when this is simply not remotely true most cannot handle it doesn't mean they might not be using lactose free milks like lactaid/fairlife etc and or other alternatives like cashew milk and almond milk.

"An estimated 65% of human adults (and most adult mammals) downregulate [decrease] the production of intestinal lactase after weaning. Lactase is necessary for the digestion of lactose, the main carbohydrate in milk, and without it, milk consumption can lead to bloating, flatulence, cramps and nausea. Continued production of lactase throughout adult life (lactase persistence, LP) is a genetically determined trait and is found at moderate to high frequencies in Europeans and some African, Middle Eastern and Southern Asian populations."

It's a forum favorite to mix protein powders in milk not water. That is not the norm outside of this .001 percent here. Most protein powder users mix in water as they think they need to use it when they diet. A true test of a protein powder flavor is when it's mixed in water. For example, XF which does NOT need milk as it tastes amazing in water. Kwim?
And Iso-HD is bland. Your taste buds died two years ago hossYour nutrition and workout program determines your success.

Negs :P
My taste buds be just fine breh u just hater
And to be fair I drink almost everything in fairlife lol or at the very least cashew milk - I did have that CTD fruity pebbles in water this morning tho and have tried most in water but for 25-45 calories for cashew milk or almond it is always better if you can't fit 25 calories in your day.. I would pick a dif hobby.-- Microwaves everyday crew --

Simma down ya'll. Everyone's taste buds are different. I have had some powders others have RAVED about and I found them bland or chemical tasting. I'm also head over heels for certain powders that others have said fall towards the bottom of their list.
This forum needs to get back to giving OP's what they ask and not having battles (rep or otherwise) in the middle of threads.
/endrant
PS> OP All of those companies should give you what you need. I agree Animal has amazing flavors, Dymatize is on my must try list and I've been fairly happy with BPI as well. Good luck!In Search of Cheap Agmatine Caps

Have dissed multiple brands and flavorings within brands :P
Even sent one back once that cost me 35$ just to return it... because I hated it that much; that specific one I had called a mixture of sea water mixed with an old watered down bottle of yoohoo.
