Just keep training hard?
Or is there an specific way to train to get hard muscles instead of just trying to make them look big or get strong. Right now im starting to care more about getting stronger, but i also wanna know how do i make my muscles feel rock hard?
When i touch them they dont feel that hard, idk if it has to do with some BF or what but i wanna know how do i do this?

For bulking, I recommend heavy weight and taking lots of protein. I have gained about 30lbs in muscle over the past like 5 months. I usually work out everyday for at least an hour. I'll do 4 sets of 8 to 10 reps reaching close to my max by the 4th set. Protein is the most important part to recovery and muscle growth. Also, I recommend a preworkout supplement such as blackpowder or jacked. Personally I like jacked better. They both give you a lot more motivation when going to the gym and really help when you are going everyday.

I would say I have improved a lot, but when it comes down to it unless you are willing to subject your body to steriods its gonna take time and dedication. If you want those like rock hard vains sticking out muscles then truthfully the only people I know to achieve that have done atleast a couple cycles of steriods. But, I have increased a lot in size and strength. If you are more about the going the clean not all supplements approach, protien and healthy diet is my advise.

Look into the contest prep section. See what people recommend for that. To get a real chiseled look you're going to need to get a lower bf%. Probably have to cycle off creatine as well to lose the water bloat of the muscle. My vote is keep up the hard work, bulk up to where you are comfortable then go on a cutting plan and diet and see if you are achieving the look you want. Remember most of the fitness models don't walk around looking like that everyday. They go on a demanding workout/diet plan before contest/photo season.

just be who you are and keep training
NY Rangers - NY Giants - NY Knicks - NY Yankees

Lower your body fat - the biggest hardest (no homo) muscles feel soft under a thick layer of fat.

I've found that putting them in the freezer overnight has them good and solid the next morning.
Failing that, just keep hitting, and accept that your muscles should never be mistaken for your bones. They should feel firm and rubbery, not rock hard. If they're really rock hard, you probably have a mineralization problem.“Those who can make you believe absurdities, can make you commit atrocities.”
