    Looking For Some Help!

    I've been in contact with professional bodybuilder Fakhri Mubarak. He's available for hire as a personal trainer, however, before I commit to his rates, I want lose more body fat so that I can focus on building muscle without the hindrance of this apparent extra 5% of BF I have.

    I'm looking for advice and am wondering if anybody offers their services as a personal trainer online. I'm deployed right now and have a hard time doing the most beneficial cardio with the small amount of time I have to do so.

    Just looking for some advice.
