Still waiting .....
So looking forward to meeting the little girl or boy. So impatient! Had a great holiday weekend with hubby and miss 19months though, good to give her a lot of attention before her world changes!!

..
No idea... our first was a girl, and bump looks pretty similar, I just feel huge. I definitely am a bit bigger but that is my whole body.
Doesn't help though that I was very active all the way through with her...and have not been this time!
So uncomfortable now, turning over in bed is such a painful mission!
Very much looking forward to getting my body back now

Well...
The wait is over! Had my second gorgeous daughter at 2.51am, on her due date! Crazy fast labour, 2 hours basically, had only been at hospital 15 mins and out she came in one push! Nothing like my first.
Now am looking forward to concentrating on my body again, (after I establish good milk!) and finally reaching my goals

Congrats!!! And give yourself time to recuperate! Don't try to get your body back in a few short months.

Two hour labour! Well that was at least worth waiting for!
And as freebirdmac says, please be kind to yourself You already have a baby so you know the drill, no matter what you do, it takes at the very least several months. Don't be so hard on yourself.

Thanks guys!
Her name is Amy.
Yup I understand it will take a lot of time, and won't be easy. But I actually already feel basically normal, I felt good after first birth but probably even better now though. Had a few good spurts of sleep in the night, and am back home now from hospital.
Not looking forward to milk coming in which I imagine will be tomorrow... I remember that being an uncomfortable week or so! Just when you think you can sleep on your stomach again...

Two hour labour?? I hate you. Good luck with going through the whole boob thing all over again (breastfeeding for me sucked majorly for the first six weeks then BAM, piece of cake). On the plus side, I am now in better shape than I was before my snotter came along!
Thinking about having another (have a boy who will be 1 on the 17th), maybe in a year or two, as our place is a bit small for two kids ...

Well don't hate me too much, a couple of days beforehand I had been having 'pre/latent labour', contractions basically for 24 hours, anywhere from 6 mins apart to 30 mins. It was screwing with my head more than anything because they would seem like they were going somewhere then didn't! Nothing like first labour with my 19 month old, which progressed like routine in about 14 hours.
But yes obviously all the build up was doing something to make the real thing so short and sharp.
And she is much like my first daughter and being an angel already so am not feeling tired etc yet! Feeding really well too so hopefully that continues.
