I've lost 10 pounds and all my lifts remained constant...so why is there no progress? What is my bf% at/still at? Calipers say 18%...then again, I'm not very good with calipers.

That pose you did was terrible makes it really hard to judge, next time ask someone to take the picture. Youve definately lost some fat and a little muscle too, Imo judging from the pic id say carry on bulking. Whats your diet like post it up in time form please.
