A good workout to bulk up fast.

I'm getting an upper arm tattoo in around 2 months and I just want to increase the size of my arms a bit for that tattoo. I currently workout at home (I plan to go to a gym very soon), and I have dumbells a bar and a pushup mat. I workout every 3 days (give myself 2 full days to heal). Is there a specific workout that inculdes that equipment that can bulk me up a bit?

eat more to gain weight and follow a novice routine. Lots in the stickies.

realistically speaking nothing is going to happen in just 2 months.

In two months? Not really. You're unlikely to add a noticeable amount of size to your arms in that timeframe.

Also I worry what kind of workout you're doing that require two days of "healing" lol
