    Blueberry oat pancakes

    Here's another one I have to keep my toddler from stealing off my plate.

    Blueberry oatmeal pancakes:

    3/4's cup oats
    4 egg whites
    1 serving wheat germ - 2 tbsp
    3/4's frozen blueberries
    1 serving regular cream cheese


    Season as you like...

    Top as wish...

    I use:

    1 serving Oikos greek yogurt
    1 serving whey protein powder


    Total nutritional value:
    (without protein topping/with protein topping)

    Calories 418g/608g
    Fat 11g/12g
    Carbs 52g/61g
    Fiber 10g/10g
    Protein 27g/63g
