I'm just wondering, how much does juicing really help when people work out? Not saying that I want to, but just wondering.
EDIT: For the people who negged me, I was asking for personal experiences, I'm not wanting to juice, so hop off.

Just jelly that the tiny ***gots will get bigger than you. Seriously, come on, lettuce be reality. You know it's true. But don't worry, the same thing always happens with the tiny ***gots who juice. They get big and get all hot headed for a few months, then shrink back down to smaller than they were before. It's all gravy.
