last pic is 15-16%? you can't even see abs at 15%
I can see the outline of my abs, as well as serratus and adonis belt, I am pretty sure I am in the 12-13% range. Keep in mind I don't have much mass.

I have weekly goals, so it's important for me to track weight and BF% and I am very anal about it. In these progress pics, I ve lost 1-2 lbs a week consistently, and my lifts are going up even, so I know I am not losing muscles.
Different ppl do things differently.

OP, your latest pic looks more in the neighborhood of 14% to me, but who the **** cares? What you see in the mirror, how many notches you now pass on your belt, and how many plates or reps you push in the gym are far more significant than some arbitrary number on a scale or from a bodpod. Keep doing what you're doing because you are clearly progressing. (Do some heavy shrugs for those traps, though. )Diligence, patience, persistence.

I would honestly say 12-13% bf in your latest pic bro. I'm no expert however. There is a general rule of thumb (I picked this up from a well-known professional fitness model) that if you can pinch half an inch of fat just below your belly-button, then you are no more than 10%. Like I said, probably just a loose guide that may vary from person-to-person

OP, I'm sorry that everyone here seems to be completely missing the point. You've made a dramatic change in your body and you look way better than before. Like dramatically better. The girls will definitely notice. THAT'S what matters. Not this stupid number BS. People want to tell you 15% to cut you down and make you feel less proud of your gains. Don't worry about the numbers, just the fact that you look better.
It is up to you what to do now. You could try to bulk like the complete douche who called you skinny suggested, or you could push for 8%. Either way, the more effort you continue to exert, the better you'll look.

Wow, theses words really touched me man, thanks for your compliments and support, it means a ton to me, motivation is strong.
