damn I dropped the ball this week with my diet. I was out of town for work for half the week and then went out this weekend a bunch. Ate crappy pretty much the entire weekend and I'm paying for it today. Weighed in at 198 even today. I'm not on the pace of some of you guys, but I still lost about 15lbs over 3 months. I can't say I'm disappointed with that. I'm going to change up my diet for the next 3 months and try a 500cal deficit like some of you guys suggested. It should be easier to stick with. I may skip the bars a little more often as well... That has probably been the biggest downfall to my weight loss this summer.
