227.8 (pm sent) so a gain for the week.
I've been in the same 5-6 lb. range for about a month or so. I know exactly what I've been doing wrong, so it's not an issue of figuring things out.
On the plus side, I usually would have given up by now and would be abck to eating whatever I wanted. Happy that I am not doing that. One day at a time- changing my life.

Big gain today in lifts on chest. I did lose some on back after I did rows. I think it was because I was gassed after rows so my lat pulldowns really sucked. The last set I had to drop down to like 100lbs to just rep out 12 reps.
One thing I am really impressed with is how good I am about keeping form. I see so many guys around my gym just tossing weight around and not even using ROM correctly. This black guy flat benches 3 plates but doesn't even get near his touching his chest at all. Just seems silly to me.
PR's Today- all with a spotter and using the bar
225x3 flat bench (was completed after 4 full sets at lighter weight)
150x8 incline
160x12 decline{{**Misc Cologne Crew**}}

My honest opinion with your weight loss problem is your not eating enough.
Why do I do this weightlifting thing for the last 34 years with all its ups and downs life has handed me? Because each time I came back stronger. NEVER GIVE UP. Gym life is about more than muscles getting bigger and weights going up. Its wisdom discipline dedication humility you name it.

I just got done with a 1200 calorie treadmill experience whew. I had to burn off ben and jerrys ice cream. No more of that ben and jerrys isnt worth the kind of calories they contain.

I put on my size 30 jeans I bought at good will at the beginning of the summer.
Barely got them buttoned & massive muffin topping when I got them.
Put them on a few weeks ago & still muffin topping.
Put them on this morning & just slight muffin topping. They are still snug but I think i'll end up in 30's. Mind is blown.
Not because i'll be in 30's, but i'll be buying pants based on my complete lack of luv handles & i plan on staying that way.

It depends on the shorts. I have three pair of 32's which are very tight on me. Then I have other 32's which are loose. There seems to be a lot of variance in waist sizes.
I COMPLETELY understand how not having love handles is mind blowing. Mine are obviously still there, but I carry more fat on the right side of my body. It is very strange wearing tight shorts and just feeling my hip bones above my waist line and not a huge bulge of fat.
I've never liked tucking in my shirt because I hated the way I looked with my shirt tucked in. I never liked wearing tight pants/shorts because I didn't like the MMT (male muffin top).
I feel so much more comfortable wearing clothes that fit now. I'm still not as thin as I want to be, but I am getting thinner all the time and its just a matter of time before all my fat is gone and I am just left with some loose skin. LOL
----------------
Weight is back up today. I had an amazing but salty dinner last night. It was Chinese stir fry and I even managed to fit in some friend rice within my macros. Couple that with the fact I didn't drink enough water yesterday and my body is holding water.
About to go to the gym in the next 20 minutes or so. I feel good, rested, and ready to kill it today.
I weighed 192.6 today. By next weigh in my goal is to be in the 180's.
I also think I might have a shot at wearing some 30's as well before its all said and done.Aug of 2010 - 330 lbs <--- Never Forget

Ill show my ending pic and beginning but theres not as much change as I thought there would be. But if you look at me from my all time high which was 184 -186 theres a big difference ( i have pics of my heaviest) Im ashamed to have gotten that heavy.

Yes the brand also matters as some I got the same problem with my 32's except some are tight in the butt some are a little baggy.
But mostly my butt seems to be the issue. Probably the muscle underneath the fat is contributing.
Another reason why I want to get lean & stay lean.
HIP BONES!! Their There! feeling them when I put on my pants....feels weird man.
And i've always tucked my shirts for work.
Only now I've got a V-taper going on.

I think my lightest was around 250 lbs as a junior in high school. Yeah I have always been big regardless of how lean I will become I don't think my body structure wouldn't allow me to get below 220. I feel 220 would put me around 10% bodyfat. I am just a solid guy and since I am in the medical field I have looked at my bone structure and the docs have commented how large my bones are. I also have never had a broken bone before and have fallen from very high heights just solid ><
