    advice on fat loss stack!

    Ok so i messaged a guy through bodybuilding.com whos username is blakryno and he is a proffesional bodybuilder. i asked him a question about L-Carnitine and he responded with this:
    "My apologies for taking forever to respond. I hardly come on this site...forgot my damn pass word and all. You want a good fat burning combo? Pre breakfast: 500mg L Carnitine, 1200mg cla, 500mg Alpha lipoic acid, 325mg asprin, 200mg greentea pills. Repeat that minus tha Alpha lipoic acid and asprin between meals later on in the day. Scientifically proven year round (no need to cycle off) fat burning stack that attacks belly fat specifically."
    Does this fat loss stack seem legit? i have taken cla before and heard about L-Carnitine and green tea before but the alpha lipoic acid and aspirin are new to me. Does anyone know if this would be effective? any help would be appreciated. Im down to my last bit of belly fat and im having a tough time getting rid of it.

    EC stack or clen > all "fat loss" supps, IMO of course... assuming your in a calorie deficit and getting sufficient protein.
