Hey homeboy, I've tried just about every powder on the market, and Syntha 6 is up there with the best of them flavor wise. Unfortunately the nutritional breakdown is lacking.

definately the best tasting protein shake for me, and i've tried quite a few. The high cals isn't really a problem for me because i do a hell lot of cardio, but the protein content is too small for my liking, but i guess that's just because i'm currently on my bulking period

Syntha-6 chocolate is damn good.. In both water and milk. Only flavor I've tried from Syntha-6 personally. Don't think there is any need to try another flavor 'cause it's that yummy.

And are you guys serious who are saying stuff about the macro breakdown? Yeah it has a little bit of higher carbs, but almost half are fiber.

Chocolate Syntha-6 is probably the best tasting protein I've ever tried, with a nice macronutrient breakdown.

Taste is excellent (I have had them all except chocPB). However I find it gives very bad gas and sometimes stomach ache, especially if you do not have it with some other source of whole food.
