According to this:
January 2010: 180 lbs at 14.8% bf with 153 lbm s95 b115 d135 = 345 lb total
January 2011: 210 lbs at 14.2% bf with 180 lbm s245 b275 d365 = 885 lb total
October 2012: 221 lbs at 14.7% bf with 189 lbm s245 b335 d500 = 1080 lb total
November 2012: 212 lbs at 14.8% bf with 181 lbm s315 b345 d545 = 1205 lb total
How does this compute??? How can my bodyfat be the same throughout my whole entire gym experience of 2 years and 10 months??? How can I lose 9 lbs in 30 days, but lose 8 lbs of lbm muscle, but still gain 45 lbs on deadlift, 10 lbs on bench, and 60 lbs on squat.
Someone please explain this to me. None of this makes any sense.
