    How Do You Take Beta Alanine

    How do you take bulk beta alanine .. it doesn't say on the primaforce bottle. I'm guessing you mix it in with water? But how much? Thanks!

    You can mix with whatever you want. Most will dose out 4-6g daily, split into 2-3 doses..

    I take about 6g with pills, and get another couple grams from my pre-WO and Intra drink..

    Doesnt matter, as long as you can take it down

    I shoot for low 3g per day of beta alanine from my supps. 2 doses daily in my regimen

    And also from what I been reading you don't need to take as much as you are taking ... I've heard 3.2g - 4g a day is plenty.

    How many ounces u mix it with? Also I get 1.6g from Anavite everyday .. on workout days I take Intrabolic with has 1.6g in it so on workout days I get 3.2g .... I bought bulk to get to around 3.2g on my off days so if I take one 1oz scoop in the morning and then 1oz scoop like 6-8 hours later I will get around 3.6g on my off days ... is that good?

    Ricka, thats like 8g of BA. Studies have shown 3.2g/day is all an individual needs to maintain saturation. Anything over that offers no additional benefits and is just a waste; just like creatine.

    Yea that works fine for your BA intake


    I cant really say how much honestly, I kind of eyeballed it when I used to mix bulk BA in water. Id so about 2 ounces or so and just shotted it down

    Mix with a spoon or simply swirl the water. It doesnt fully dissolve (at least in my experience). Just shot it down, if you have some left, mix a little more water, swirl then shot that down to get the rest

    OP, make a thin line of the powder on a flat surface, preferably a mirror or glass table. use a credit card to line it up and crush it a little more. Roll up a bill (preferably a 100) and snort it no more than 5 minutes pre workout.

    I am aware of how much it is. I tested various amounts, and this is what works best for me. Same with creatine, I'm at around 8g as well. As far as I'm concerned, there is no one amount of any supplement that is perfect for all people. How can 5g of creatine be the right amount for a 155lb beginner, and also be good enough for someone like me at 265lb?

    You are getting so ripped off, it's not even funny. You are paying $19 for exactly 96g of BA(4 pills=3200mg btw). I can find ~1000g of BA for $26.

    I feel bad telling you this, but I only have good intentions.

    The sooner you realize GNC is a rip off, the better off your wallet(and dignity) will be in the long run.
