I've made a few of these in the past and they have been quite successful.

Hemroid. I have one. Went to the doctor and got some cream. It seemed to be going away but then I had leg day and that seemed to aggrivate it. What do? Stop leg day until it goes away?

my outer left wrist has been hurting lately. i tried doing close-grip bench press today, with very light weight but could only do one rep and had to stop because of the pain. it's been bothering me for a while actually, but only now has it gotten worse. it doesn't hurt all the time though, only when it reaches a certain angle or has resistance (weight) against it.

I'm sure its nothing at your age brah. Sometimes people have problems when lying down if they have fluid in their lungs (pulmonary oedema) and some asthmatics also get that feeling if they have floppy airways. You got asthma brah?
Get the sleep man. Youll have a mindblank if you dont sleep. Even an hour will let u retain more information in your mind.
As doctors were supposed to recommend them to patients. Theyre actiually quite important so i would def suggest a multi for everyone

yes and yes. my wrists have always hurt during bench press, which is why my numbers suck. dumbbell pressing is fine though, and they only hurt when i use the barbell. what do you recommend i do? people have told me it might be a boxing injury because i boxed for 4 years but idk what the hell that means and that was years ago anyways

Why the hell would doctors--specifically neurologists--rather give out compazine, thorazine, olanzapine, and other medications that have horrible side effects; depression, anxiety, dysphoria, etc., for migraines and headaches rather than a narcotic that has none of those side effects? Why not just create a way to monitor the intake rather than sending someone over a ****ing cliff on an anti-psychotic?
**** neurologists, man. Here, take this drug that gives you worse side effects than the headaches.guys i not afriad 2 show my boobs cuz they r just boobs but i aint a slut yall so sorry i aint showing cuz i have respect for my self

what sort of grip are you using on the bench? If you use a suicide grip then itll hurt your wrist more. Try to straighten ur wrist more when ur benching (u nomsaying?). In my opinion your best bet would be to stick to dumbell presses. Im sure you can build a pretty decent chest even if you just do dumbells. Do you get what i mean about your bench press grip?

Theres a few issues here brah. Firstly a lot of medications have side effects. Some appear more in certain people than others. You may just be one of those people that have really abd side effects. You should really speak to your doctor to ask if there are any other options.
Why dont they prescribe narcotics? Narcotics as you know are addictive and after a certain amount of time you develop resistance to the medications. So youll need more and more to produce the same effect. So you clearly cant use them long term. And there will be a lot more abuse as well. Narcotics also have other side effects like respiratory depression, tremors etc so theres that side of it as well.
Did i answer your question brah?

In alot of my exercises my right arm tends to take over from the left.
Also when I'm doing dumbells my right pushes out more and I feel I can't even hold the left side properly..my thumb on my left hand can dislocate but I don't actually feel it doing that when lifting. My left thumb does feel a little smaller/weaker then my right though
what do doc?☻/

Well if you already went to the doctor and he said its nothing then it probably is nothing. Is it tender to touch? Does it hurt when u move?
Hmm bloating shouldnt really cause you breathing problems brah. Maybe its just because you feeling uneasy and your body responds by feeling breathless. Sorry thats the best explanation i got although theres nothing wrong with u so dont stress
