My suggestions:
A lot of dat der fats, 15g of butter?
Instead cook the eggs with a little butter and add in like 3 more eggs but just the whites for dat der protein and -orangejuice/+milk=profit?
And 5 phuckin slices of bread lols, just need 2 or 3 brah and make dat der peanut butter and jam
Everything else is fine lol

No, what you're referring to is the 40/40/20 ratio..
That simply means 40% of the calories you consume should be proteins, 40% should be carbs and 20% should be fats
So for example:
Say a ******* is bulkin @3000 calories/day
fats=9cals
pros=4cals
carbs=4cals
40% of 3000= 1200/4 = 300g of protein and carbs should be consumed per day
20% of 3000= 600/9= 66.6g of fats should be consumed per day
this will total 3000 calories
There is no such thing as nutrient timing meaning you can eat 1 meal a day and consume all 3000 calories or you can eat 20 small meals a day and consume all the calories, the results WILL be the same
phuck this post took effort..

ok, eat foods which are not harmfull,
that would include
-inflamitory foods such as wheat and barley,
-that 'butter' unless it is actual butter,
-foods that are constantly spiking your insulin,
- avoiding that hotdog shizzz- which is mechanically recovered from who knows what.sikk'est ****,

God damn it you guys are being dumb.
If he's hitting his damn calories for the day with a good amount of protein he'll be fine.
God damn it, your being even more stupid. A dreamer bulk was caused mostly from more eating less lifting.
Quality of foods have ZERO carry over to body composition. You need to stop posting advice and go learn up for yourself.
You also have no idea if he is or is not over eating.
Your definition of a clean and dirty bulk are also completely wrong.Beginners, read:
