Half way into a 6 month cut hopefully within the next three months il be able to shave off the remainder of my gut and get the abs poking through. Not sure of my current body fat percentage can somebody please give me an estimate for each of my pics?

Keep cutting to 160-162 and if you keep your LBM you'll be sitting at 10% bodyfat
Should look good, but consider lean bulking from there!

I dont really follow a specific workout routine or diet plan atm just eating 2000 calories (daily deficit of 600cals) a day with 100grams protein, weight training 3-4 times a week and cardio 3-4 times a week of 5kms each session. Diet is actually quite terrible, I eat Mcdonalds and other fast food alot as I work 12 hour shifts spent driving the whole time so sometimes I dont have time to prepare my meals in advance, but caloric restriction seems to be working for me. Supplementing with Musashi Bulk shakes couple times a week but I like to set aside my calories for solid food otherwise I'll end up starving for the day. From my experience just consistently stay at a caloric deficit and take an adequate amount of protein and train regularly and the results will come it just takes time.

I started off at 206lbs currently weighing around 175lbs. My cut hasn't affected my sleeve at all to be honest my arm measurements have remained the same from 206lbs up til now just more definition. If I start bulking though it might be a different story.
Yeah I used to take in around 180gms daily supplementing with shakes but spent most of the day starving after that. Once I get to about 10% bf however I will definitely take in 200gms + when I start clean bulking but Im finding Im able to maintain alot of lbm on my current intake.
Im from New Zealand, just haven't gotten round to making that correction yet

hmm, you do look to have good muscle mass, traps and shoulders look pretty big to me.
Only thing is, isnt 100 grams of protein really low? Im learning the same as the next man but i take in about 260-280 grams of protein everyday, (i aim for 300).
Just a thought, id cut carbs and up protein and fats but hey you look a lot bigger than me so im probably wrong?

Yep hoping to get to 8-10% bf by mid July then start lean bulking til December which is our summer. Sleeve I got done couple years ago when all the cool kids were getting them, kind of regretting it now
Not really just sufficient weight to be able to bang out maybe 5x10 for each exercise. Im finding that I already have some decent lbm beneath only I have to get off my fat ass and lose the excess fat on top.
I was taking in 180-200gms before but Im finding that Im maintaining lbm fine with 100gms. I dont count carbs and fat only calories and protein and it seems to be working for me.
