Josef Rakich looks nothing like his photo's IRL. The photo's posted on 1st page are suspect because he never ever looked like he did in that blue singlet that he's pulling down - in recent pic's. Not sure if angle assists but from the average joe's POV, you would say his chest is better than chestbrah's in said pic.

Conclusion: Josef Rakich is in fact natty, because he looks like anyone who has trained for 3 years + maintained a solid training & diet regime.

Inb4 people or JR himself remind me that he got glandular fever and lost some of his gains instead of being off cycle.

and he looks natty to me. most pics he takes are with very good lighting and most importantly, pumped. He is very lean, that's what makes him look bigger than he actually is. If you think anyone, pretty much regardless of genetics, can't reach 5'10 160lbs 8%, you might as well stop lifting right now.

Sterons or not. I'm jelly. I wouldn't mind that physique to be honest. Maybe another 10lbs heavier, but just as lean, but still a nice physique IMO.

A lot of people think that just because someone is ~170lbs, they aren't juicing. I'm not sure what this guys starting weight was before lifting, but if you were 120-140lbs, it would be some serious work to attain 30-50lbs of lean mass in less than 4 - 5 years with NO sterons.
Again, not saying this guy is or isn't. Just giving my .02.

reality of steroids take 1 cycle: go from 150 -165 while gaining a little body fat in 10 weeks if you have a perfect diet and train awesome 5-6 days/week

everyone has different endogenous hormone levels naturally and different frames, so it's hard to tell in some people if they are natty or not, but just because you weigh 170 is the dumbest argument of usage I've heard.
