progress is slow but im not giving up...

I really want to bring up my arms, chest, back thickness, and hamstrings....in that order. But first I'm focusing on getting my strength up.

    My lifts are 225x6 bench
    Deadlift- 405x1
    Squat- 315x6

Keep at it! As you said, rear delts/traps seem to be lagging, and your triceps look like they are overpowering your biceps. But good misdsection and big legs. Good luck!

Ya....funny thing is I had no triceps for ever and started training them and they seem to be responding well.....as for biceps, still figuring out the best way to train them (higher reps might actually do the trick for them). Def having trouble with lagging body parts......I always read into if you can squat well you will get big arms.....but all I ever got from squats were big legs lol

Squatting will not get you big arms...if you did nothing but squats once a week for 10 years...you would have massive legs, and ridiculously tiny arms in comparison. Squats do cause increased hormone production (namely testosterone), but it won't give you a big upper body alone.

    Hey man,

Impressive! Congrats, how long have you been training to 'get that body' and also, do you have any photos of you before training?

    Thanks in advance,
    matt

never ever give up man no matter what. Simply not an option. U give up u die...u wanna die bro? no! cos it aint an option so neither is giving up. I failed for 5 years, but it also depends how u look at things. I learnt alot of **** in those 5 years and thats cos i failed and got to a stage of what worked for me in terms of everything...motivation, technique, splits, poundage etc etc. Its just a process you have to go through.
