I would guess most has instructions on how to take the supplements.
I take 5-6g of fish oil daily. I take about 1g of Carnitine daily.
When I took CLA, I took 2 caps in morning and 1 at night.
I would assess your tolerance though man...what works for me, may not work for you. So start easy, and take more as needed.
Good luck man.~ Infinite Labs Rep

Ok as a fyi, these items aren't really "weight loss items"
CLA- It has been show in studies(based on research done on pigs not humans) that it could reduce belly fat over a long period of time. Based on the studies it would be around a pound with high dosage over 6 months(about 6g a day). that would be 6 1000mg pills spread throughout the day. Again there is no definitiveness human study that really shows the effectiveness of it yet. There have been several human studies though contrary to what you might here on this site sometimes. However the pig study had pretty good science, biopsy used on the belly fat etc.

L-carnitine- It has several health benefits, helps with blood flow etc. Its uselfull if you have blood flow issues to your legs also. However don't get confused with the fatty acid chain breakdown thing- it doest "melt" the fat we are trying to loose. L-carnitine is a health benefit supplement but not a fat loss one.

Fish oil- This is the one you should continue to take- Just make sure you are using a pure and high quality version, that has been 3rd party tested. Some of the cheap ones have pcbs and other toxins in them(very small amounts)Dosage depends on you size weight, if you serch a little on some med sites you can find your proper dosage

I have to say first up, why the hell were you browsing "advice-hgh.com"?
Secondly, yes it is a weight loss supplement. A modest but consistently effective one.
Okay what? I'm not even going to bother to trawl through the abundance of studies directly linking L-Carnitite or Acetyl-L-Carnitine to fat loss. Carnitine is directly implicated in beta-oxidation of fatty acids and supplementation definitely helps with fat loss.
I kind of want to disagree with you here, just for the sake of it. Saying cheaper products have toxins in them is a generalisation and a half, but more expensive products generally have higher EPA/DHA levels (a good thing).well i do this by repeatedly barging into small groups of people, usualy shirtless preferably pantless as well. i then tell them my max's then put some of the smaller weaker fellows into headlocks, making sure to fully flex my bi's while doing this its pretty important. also when doing the hokie pokie and it says put ur left foot in i go ahead and put my whole leg in and flex my quads while howlin loudly

I just did a google search, first thing that came up, wasn't searching hgh advice, just now realized it said that lol. I didn't say it want a weight loss supplement, I actually us it. I just said it takes high does over a long period of time and its not generally considered a fat loss supplement because of that, although it is marketed as one. Some people would just consider it not really a cost benefit effective one. I personally don't have a issue with paying for anything so I give it a shot. I probably misstated what i meant by that.
To the op- Let me make this less confusing what I mean- Supplements aren't really going to help you "burn" allot fat. However some supplements do have health benefits that could "slightly" help you towards achieving your goals. If you are wanting to buy stuff for fat loss, I would recommend first getting a smart phone with a calorie counting app, a digital food scale. Count every calorie, these apps also track your macro nutrients. Make sure your in a 500 cal deficit, these apps will help you calculate that, sometimes they are off so you can customize it if you need to. If you really want to buy supplements for fat loss search ec stack, and lean xtream. Those 2 togeather are about as good as your going to do with supplements for fat loss. Keep the fish oil going also with a good multi-orange triad, aor orto-core, lifeforce, animal pak. And stay out of gnc. Again everything comes down the calorie deficit.Last edited by gachase21; 04-28-2011 at 05:11 AM. Reason: forgot stuff
