Hey i have these Supplements how can i stack them up for the day:

Animal pak
Tribulus
Whey protein
Creatine
Jack3d
ZMA

Hey i have these Supplements how can i stack them up for the day:

Animal pak - once a day......if you want a cheaper multi you could pick up life force
Tribulus - you're 16, and unless you have trouble getting it up, you dont need it
Whey protein - you could just eat more meat, but a couple scoops a day to help hit your protein macro's
Creatine - dont really need it, but if you want 3-5g a day is fine
Jack3d - 16, dont need a bunch of stims right now
ZMA - this isnt going to boost your test, its pretty much useless to take unless you are deficient in those minerals...however some people enjoy the sleep properties of it

because they read somewhere that its gonna boost their test levels...........i rarely see anyone asking about zma for its sleep properties
