One calf bigger then the other...

My left calf is a bit bigger then the other.... it looks as though its getting more defined while the right one isn't. Anyone else have this problem? Not sure if I put this in the right thread. lol

I would do a really thorough movement and flexibility analysis. You might have something like a predisposition to rotating one leg in/out more than the other, or walking with an uneven step or something, or even a very slight discrepancy in leg length. If one of your feet is flatter than the other, that could make a difference too, but unless there's something obvious I'd start with looking at your movement and flexibility.

Until then you could always do 100 one legged calf raises/hops per day on the smaller side until it evens out, I guess.

Ya know what, you right... my hips go out from time to time and at one point i had to have an insert in my right shoe to elevate that side. Better get to the chiro. Thanks!
