Yeap,he always comes in good shape but that time his conditioning was unreal!The nice thing with Mike is that he is really humble,a family man and he is also a taxi driver!

Mike is 5’ 6” and about 240.He is 40 right now.

I actually can't understand why he doesn't place higher. I'm not saying he should win big contests yet but every time I've seen him in a lineup he stands out with size (great legs esp) and conditioning. He's shape's not bad, has good abs... many of the guys placing ahead of him are not as good.
Hope he gets better results if he continues to show up in such great shape. Cheers!__________________________

when i looked at the contest pics i thought, wow how did that guy recieve a better placing. After watching the video comparisons i saw why. Did anyone else think the contest pics made him look amazing?

Seen him the last 2 years at the Aus Pro, was in great condition both times.
I don't understand why he doesn't place higher, his back and legs are both stand out bodyparts he's pretty much the complete package.
Structure and posing alone seem to stop him placing higher, but I'd rather see conditioned guys who are complete than watery, calves missing guys.
Hope he does well at the O

Saw him last year, pictures don't even do him justice. Mike always nails is conditioning and his physique is quite complete for his structure, just needs to tweak his posing a bit.

wel,then Troy Alves deserves allso alot more. His shape looks a bit like his but Troy lookes even better.
