ok so i have been dieting about 4 months now since i woke up to how overweight i was at 447 pounds. my goal is around 320 pounds as i am a very big guy. i am currently at 371 pounds. the problem i have is that i have lost no weight what so ever in the past 3 weeks and its really getting frustrating. im counting my fat carbs protien ex. and i lift hard 4 days a week and also go for about an hour walk 5-6 days a week.
i am just wondering what things may have worked for you all and what you recomend to get past platues such as the one im experincing. also What type of things keep you going when you have those days when you feel like just saying SCREW IT ALL!
