Difficult topic..... It should be the decision of the person who is living with the penis I definitely agree with that! But I am glad I had mine done when I was a couple days old not after I was an adult, I have a friend who did it in his early 20's and said it was the most painful thing he has ever gone thru and he didn't have complications.
