HYDRA****, chadster, thebateman and other similar *******s, you can rejoice, this is my last thread.
Before I joined the misc, I was a skinny fat unaesthetic loser with zero confidence. I was sitting in front of my computer and I said to myself I had to change. So I started searching for pushup routines and I found this heavenly place. I worked hard to lose weight. I remember I was doing stationary bike in my room and there was always of huge pool of sweat beside the bike after each workout. I started to run, 1 mile, 2 miles, 3 miles, until I could constantly run 5 miles and then I completed a marathon. I then started to lift. I found this compound routine on the misc. Sticked with it for 6-7 months and acquired some decent aesthetics. I learned how to train and how to eat. Bulked, gained some mass, cut and gained some aesthetics.
I physically transformed myself and by hanging out on the misc, I transformed my mind and brain. I became more confident, more cocky, more positive. I think I changed a lot, and I've done some HUGE improvements.
I've done my best. I honestly don't think I could have done anything better. But my best is simply not good enough. I'm still a beta loser. I failed. I thought you could change who you are but it didn't happen. Well at least I tried...
Now what? Will I continue lifting? I don't know, I don't see the point. I was doing it for myself to get better, but I didn't get better. Lifting has shown me you can make improvements with dedication and patience but in the end I'm still the same *******. I can lift all I want, I can read all the books I want, I can improve every aspect of my life, I'm still the same ******* inside.
Anyway, it was a nice journey and I guess I enjoyed the ride. Misc definitely had an impact on my life. But in the end, it didn't change anything.

You've just hit a plateau, that's all.
It's like the weights, you lift hard and push yourself to the limit, then you back off for a bit and growth happens.
You just need to chill for a bit. Then push again.Control the coinage and the courts — let the rabble have the rest.
