Hi everyone so i calculated the calories i need to eat to gain muscle and the amount of protein and carbs and fat i have to eat....however if my mom for example made rice and chicken for lunch how would i know how much rice to take? I would not walk around with a food scale! If for example i am, eating chicken cut up into small pieces...how do i know how much to take.....isn't there like a way to tell how much to take without measuring everything and counting calories in everything? Plz reply and help

measure it one time and learn the portion size.
look at it... make a reference to something (a portion of chicken is probably the size of the palm of your hand).
just memorize the approxamite size.. i wouldnt be TOO worried it.. you're eating healthy foods.**Never look down on someone, unless you're helping them up**
