I just started a new job last week and my sleep schedule is really messed up. I have only been getting 5 hours a night. I am eating 600 under maintenance. Pro=220, carbs=180, fat=38. I lift 4 days a week, do hit cardio two days a week and have been doing liss for 15 min after lifting and in the past week and a half, I have gained like 2.5lbs. Any1 have ne insight?
