Thought I would log this. Dont think I ever logged a stack. Picked it up during some great deals late last year and figured time to use it!
A lil history:
I was a big dude, summer 2009:
Finally I started doing something in oct 09. Just some dieting and walking mostly. Closest pic I got would be from May 2010. This was prob after a few months being serious about lifting:
Now I was doing a real good job for a while, falling down here and there but ended up with what was prob my best around march 5th 2011:

I recently dealt with many, many pers issues and prob up around 12-15 lbs working back into my diet and workouts....and this is where AI steps in!
Cutting, looking to lose approx 25 lbs which would put me around 185-190 lbs. I will get another weigh in on Saturday morning, last I checked I was 211 lbs. Time frame I am looking at is for July 4th weekend so I got approx 10 weeks. I should be able to lose quite a bit the first couple weeks.
Just been "recomping", good and bad ways and feel real strong atm around 2800 cals. I will start at 2400 cals lowering as needed. Going to be trying some different things this go around including a bit of PMSF and maybe even a version of the velocity diet. I mean to hit my goal this time!
I do shift most of my carbs pre and post with some at breakfast.
Right now I am doing a traditional 1-2 body parts per day, resting where needed which is usually 1-2 days per week. Split is something like chest/tris, back/bis, delts/traps, legs calves, off then repeat taking extra days as needed. Abs and cardio where I can. Working on lifting heavy atm focusing on 6-8 rep range where I can and I do cycle in weeks of 12-15 rep ranges to rest the joints some.
Ah, special place in my heart for cardio, i dont enjoy, its boring and with the warm weather coming I am hoping to do things like outdoor sprints, hikes and mountain biking. Atm I am focusing 2-3 sessions per week of 20 mins usually after workouts.
What can you expect in this log:
It wont be to fancy for 1. I will post my macros and workout logs and thoughts on everything from diet, workouts, the supps etc.
I do also take a multi, fish oil, when other vitamins, preWOs, intras now and then. One thing I'd like to add is I will also be starting the EC stacked with Lean extreme lil later into this log.
Enough blabbering, time to start this thing up.....
