    tjwoody is transforming with Anabolic Innovations Ultimate Transformation Stack

    Thought I would log this. Dont think I ever logged a stack. Picked it up during some great deals late last year and figured time to use it!

    A lil history:

    I was a big dude, summer 2009:


    Finally I started doing something in oct 09. Just some dieting and walking mostly. Closest pic I got would be from May 2010. This was prob after a few months being serious about lifting:



    Now I was doing a real good job for a while, falling down here and there but ended up with what was prob my best around march 5th 2011:

    I recently dealt with many, many pers issues and prob up around 12-15 lbs working back into my diet and workouts....and this is where AI steps in!

    Goals:
    Cutting, looking to lose approx 25 lbs which would put me around 185-190 lbs. I will get another weigh in on Saturday morning, last I checked I was 211 lbs. Time frame I am looking at is for July 4th weekend so I got approx 10 weeks. I should be able to lose quite a bit the first couple weeks.

    Diet:
    Just been "recomping", good and bad ways and feel real strong atm around 2800 cals. I will start at 2400 cals lowering as needed. Going to be trying some different things this go around including a bit of PMSF and maybe even a version of the velocity diet. I mean to hit my goal this time!

    I do shift most of my carbs pre and post with some at breakfast.

    Workouts:
    Right now I am doing a traditional 1-2 body parts per day, resting where needed which is usually 1-2 days per week. Split is something like chest/tris, back/bis, delts/traps, legs calves, off then repeat taking extra days as needed. Abs and cardio where I can. Working on lifting heavy atm focusing on 6-8 rep range where I can and I do cycle in weeks of 12-15 rep ranges to rest the joints some.

    Cardio:
    Ah, special place in my heart for cardio, i dont enjoy, its boring and with the warm weather coming I am hoping to do things like outdoor sprints, hikes and mountain biking. Atm I am focusing 2-3 sessions per week of 20 mins usually after workouts.

    What can you expect in this log:
    It wont be to fancy for 1. I will post my macros and workout logs and thoughts on everything from diet, workouts, the supps etc.

    Other supps:
    I do also take a multi, fish oil, when other vitamins, preWOs, intras now and then. One thing I'd like to add is I will also be starting the EC stacked with Lean extreme lil later into this log.

    Enough blabbering, time to start this thing up.....

    Would like to add I "officially" started this morning taking 2 Testpro and 1 Glycobol. I will add in the HGHpro tonight. I have been taking Glycobol before also.

    I have issues with sleeping so looking to see what the HGHpro can do!



    I will get pics in here and there, measurements and weekly weigh ins once I get the ball rolling.

    Delts/Traps:
    Seated DB press: WUx, 70sx12, 75sx9, 80sx7
    HS Iso military press (not including machine weight): 160x12, 180x9, 200x6, 200x4 drop set into 110x6
    Standing side laterals: 30sx12x12x10
    Alt front laterals SS w/ seated rears: 25sx15 SS 20sx12, 25sx12 SS 20sx12
    Facepulls: 80x16, 90s14, 100x10
    Upright cable rows: 100x20, 120x14, 130x10
    DB shrugs: 85sx18, 95sx14, 105sx10 drop set into 75sx10

    1 hr 489 cals.

    Cardio:
    10 mins doing steps
    10 mins on bike with 6 HIT intervals of 15 secs high, 45 secs recovery.

    243 cals.

    Stack dosing:
    Doing 1 Glycobol with breafast along with 2 testpro
    Right now also taking 2 Glycobol with my preworkout meal.
    Taking the 2 PM testpro right before I head to gym.
    1 Glycobol with dinner (also is my post meal)
    4 hgh pro 30-60 mins before bed.

    Since I am really only eating carbs 3x per day I plan to try to work the 2 pill dose with largest carb meal so bounces between pre or post meals.

    Macros:
    lil low today, but I did eat more yesterday.
    Cals: 2133
    P: 229.2g
    C: 156.8g
    F: 73.5g



    Thoughts:
    I enjoy working out so need to sometimes stop myself. I prob over did delts today but felt strong throughout. Tomm is legs so shifting some Bfast carbs to dinner.

    Hopefully HGHPro does work for you, I am about 5 servings away from finishing up second consecutive bottle, and can't say it did anything for me. Was VERY very pleased with Glycobol and will be giving testopro solo and testopro+stoked a go before year is over.

    hey dude. think i came across ur review as i was checking them out and noticed u didnt care for it. thats too bad but we all different right. its only been 1 night so we will see. issues is im adding 2 supplements at once so will be tough to say which is doing which. of course if im getting better sleep ill be inclined to say hgh may be doing something.

    i like glycobol also. i had taken a bottle and just finished it before starting the stack, but was always taking it an prob averaged 1-3 per day most days. going to full dose 4 for this stack.

    im doing a 1-2-1 cause my premeal is largest carb atm but think im going to see how i feel moving all carbs to post days. i just feel like i need the energy so put some carbs in my premeal but may play with some #s.

    still want to add EC and my lean extreme to this but waiting a bit, till i move into lower calories.

    I paid $20 for each, so no big loss.

    As far as glycobol i found sweet spot dosing it 2 caps w/ 50-75g maltodextrin with preworkout drink 30 mins preworkout (first thing in the morning), pump and endurance were excellent. Then would take 1 with postworkout meal and 1 with lunch.. during those 4 caps i would take most of my carbs for the day.

    Everybody reacts differently, so u'll have to play around with dosing to see what works for you

    Today was legs, calves, just a bit of cardio.....

    First, the supps:
    Testopro: 2 with breakfast, 2 with dinner.
    Glycobol: 1 with breakfast, 2 prewo meal, 1 dinner
    HGHpro: will be bedtime.

    The workout....

    Bike warmup 6 mins.

    Legs

    Free weight leg press: WUX2, 470x14, 560x12, 670x10, 760x8. Worked with narrow feet placement, high on pad and low and deep.
    Hack squat: 270x12, 290x10, 310x8; slow and deep
    Alt Db lunges: 30sx16, 40sx12 Working on bringing these back in.
    Leg ext: 130x12, 140x10, 150x8, 160x7
    Abductors: 30x15x15 Trying to get the stretch in groin. Felt a bit pulling
    Seated leg curl: 110x15, 120x12, 130x10
    Single leg laying leg curls: 35x14, 40x10x10, double leg curl; 85x10

    Calves
    Standing calf raise: wux1, 200x15, 220x12x12, 240x10
    Seated calf raise (free weight): 100x15, 110x12, 120x10

    Cardio:
    Just 10 mins treadmill, avg mph, 3.7, 2 incline. Mostly to loosen legs ups.

    P: 269.5g - need to bring down some.

    F: 73g - Good, but will bring up to bring protein down.


    Felt ok today, its hard to work legs cause lower back issues and my left quad still gets burnt out quick. Going to foam roll tomorrow and still planning on sports massage when I gets some time.

    Changed up my breakfast a bit this morning cause I was so protein heavy yesterday and dont feel that high of protein is needed while I am doing 200 carbs.

    Today was scoop of protein, 1/2c oats, tbsp pb, along with glycobol, testoprox2, fishoil, greens, some fiber supp.

    getting some pains in my stomach.

    Im gonna try some foam rolling tonight. Been blowing it off to long and im paying for it now.

    I got chest/tris today. My stomach seems to be doing better but i got this headache and it sux now. hope im not getting sick! Took some ibprophen and i will see what i can do today. I can always blow off tris this week. Def no cardio.
