Need a new routine, off of PHAT

Been on phat for about 2 months and lately been having a hard time getting all 5 days in, working a lot of hours, i dont have a car and closest gym is 1.5 hour bus.

Need some program recommendations. 3 day split, hypertrophy/ power

was thinking 5/3/1 with added accesory work

you have to drive that far to a gym? check out some home fitness stuff dang that sucks.

But you can adjust PHAT to your lifestyle. Don't have to be 5 days. I like 4 days due to my schedule and HIIT training. Hence I'd do PHAT w/ just one lower body day per week. 2 weeks of power then two weeks of hypertrophy. Get so much speed training that 1x a week legs is sufficient enough. If the only issue is the 5 day commitment then I recommend something like that.

Great program, tough for the first couple weeks but I saw great strength gains after. Personal preference when it comes down to being in the gym 5 days a week.
