Hey all! so I just reached my new years resolution of dropping 40 pounds so I was wondering where to go from here? I used detox diets to drop to 185 and then Kris Gethin's 12 week hardcore trainer off and on to drop down to 160. My new resolution is to try to get to a six pack by December, so that gives me about another 12-14 weeks. A couple of questions is:
1. I have no idea what bodyfat% I'm at, I don't own calipers or any sort. could someone give me an estimate from my pictures?
2. I've been reading a lot on the Bizzy Diet and the DTP routine. I was thinking I could do the Bizzy Diet and follow it up with the DTP, which
would take up a total of about 7 weeks, then choose a new program from there. Is that a good plan?
3. Are supplements really necessary for this kind of goal? or can it be achieved without them? I'm fine with Green Tea, Fish Oil, and Protein Shakes though.
4. I've lost a lot of fat around the face, shoulders, arms, and a bit of legs, but my stomach and sides seem to be the slowest, any advice on these areas? (I know, I know that you can't focus on losing fat in a certain area but there has to be something to lean it towards those areas lol)
