You should check out the men's health big book of exercises. They have a whole section on total body movements. Heres a few:
Barbell Front Squat to Push press
Thrusters
Barbell straight leg deadlift to row
Turkish get-up
Barbell high pull
barbell hang pull
Wide overhead grip split squat (it's in the quad section of the book but since your arms are holding it overhead I thought I would include)
Burpees
Dumbbell hammer curl to press to lunge
