Idk if i have a good bicep workout for size. Im pretty exhausted after this though. Here it is(i do my biceps on chest days btw)
Dumbell Curls Always facing up : 25lb x 15,20 x 15
Hammer Curls:20lb x 15,15lb x 15
the first set is heavy and the second one is moderate.I train to failure on both sets.
My biceps are my biggest weakness..
