    Well, you should try to come up with an additional ~$20 for the creatine as it will last you a long long time. Then all you'll have to worry about is getting more OT every month and a half.

    But if you cannot, go with the OT.

    Definitely a multi, which should be an everyday staple whether you're lifting or not. Orange Triad is a great choice BTW!
