Proper dosage of "sexual" herbs???

Mainly Maca, Catuaba Bark, and Muira Puama.

I've googled and got random shiz from everywhere. From some ones experience, how much should be taken and for how long? Ive been taking the Maca (worked from 500 to 2000mg) for a month, but will be taken a break starting tuesday for a week. Just not to sure of the Catuaba and Muira which I'll have tuesday a give a test.

I used to take Maca Powder, but it tastes f'n DISGUSTING....ruined all my protein shakes until I just couldn't drink it anymore lol. Then I started taking NOW Maca capsules. Good stuff

Well maca you can take just about as much as you want.

I use the 6:1 concentrated stuff personally.. and I take the equivalent of 8 grams of it. great mood and libido results.

well my mood sucks in general without it...

thats why I took it in the first place..

as far as libido, its fine without it..but better with. I dont feel as if there is withdraw symptoms.. its more like returning to baseline.

Hmm...interesting. How does it affect your mood? Makes you more positive? More calm? I don't think I've noticed this effect. But I'm also only taking about 3g/day. Maybe I should try increasing it to see if I notice anything

more positive outlook, things don't bother me as much. Don't care as much about things that have been stressing me. better mood. Like I said though im taking the eqivalent of 8g per day of the 6:1 concentrate stuff.
