    Just a little help

    on the arms. I am working out
    Monday Bi's and back
    Tuesday Tri's and Chest
    Friday Arm day

    Work for arms is 3 sets of 10 for both Bi's and Tri's 3 diffrent excersises.

    I have gaines about an inch in 6 month's.

    5-7 and 175#

    Eating about 150 grms of protien a day

    Bodybuilding is 60% training and 50% diet. Yes that adds up to 110%, because that's what you should be giving it. Change the inside, and the physique will follow.
