how does each type of creatine absorb itself into your muscles?

this may be a confusing question to some but i know that there are different types or creatine which use different ways to get into your muscles.

i heard cell-tech was good but it just makes your stomach tear up really bad because it is loaded with sugar. but it works good.

i heard that it is good to take creatine without a lot of sugar becuase it would be easier on your stomach.

also someone told me about this other brand of creatine that does not contain a lot of sugar and it is like "esphosphurous creatine or something like that". "phosphurous" i dont know what it is called but it is supposed to get into your system faster and be easier on your stomach

does anyone know anything about this?

First off, Cell-Tech is crap. Whoever told you that taking it was good needs to have his head examined.

Taking creatine with dextrose is ideal, but not with too much sugar (i.e. the 75 g of sugar in cell-tech)

I am assuming you are refferring to Phos****en HP, which is 100% creatine monohydrate.

creatine is creatine, the only difference is the source of the creatine and the purity of it.

having creatine with some glucose allows it to be absorbed faster by your body

    Question

jw whats so bad about cell tech? dont wanna sound stupid or anything but ive never taken it so i wouldnt know..
"My problem is that my parents are here and so is my brother. It will look kind of suspicious with me walking into the bathroom with a frozen chicken breast. We have no salmon here either, but I can get the salmon fillets this weekend and stick it in my ass on Monday morning when everyone is gone.

I don't mind sticking the fish in my ass (no homo) its just getting it past my parents that's going to be the delay."

Well, Cell-tech is by far the most expensive creatine out there. Furthermore, half of the claims it makes don't hold true. For instance, the ALA it claims to have works for only the first couple days, because the exposure to air negates the effects of it. So, you are essentially getting creatine + dextrose, for about 2-4 times the normal price.
