I have a basic understanding of Ketosis, and the low amounts of carbohydrates that should be eaten. I was doing some AP biology work and i read that eating carbohydrates causes insulin to be secreted which reduces blood sugar levels. So in short, my question is this: would it be dangerous to eat large amounts of sugars if insulin isn't being secreted to counteract blood sugar levels?
