So today I went over my maintenance, which is 2500, by a about 1500 cals (d'mn that delicious looking b-day cake in my fridge!!!)...I know i know big whooop 1500 calories, but I still wanna make up for it cuz I already had a big cheat day last week so........
......I was thinking I can skip breakfast, have a 150 cal snack before I hit the gym at around 1pm for cardio, have about 600 cals for lunch at 4pm, 150 cal snack before dinner, and for dinner have another 600 cals, for a grand total of 1500 calories for the day.
Is this a good idea considering I will do 40 minutes of cardio on just a 150 cal snack beforehand?

Dude honestly I'm sure there are a lot of people out there that really need to "get help" and are struggling with their issues so if you really want to give advice I suggest you go their thread, I can give you the link if you need it.
All I'm trying to do is benefit from other people's experience on how to get to my my ideal body weight and fitness level without abusing your body. If that means I need to "get help" then so do half the people on this forum and I suggest you go tell them the same.
As for me don't worry too much I have plenty of family that will have little problem saying "you need to get help!!" if they believe I am being unhealthy with my body.
Thanks for your "advice" though...Last edited by Elpique; 04-17-2011 at 08:05 AM.
