I'm trying to do high volume a bit to increase my work capacity a bit, but yeah it's tough because on higher reps my lower back gets sore faster than doing triples or whatever.

Same here. 3D is definitely an awesome phone but was NOT worth upgrading from 4G.


Evo 4G is easily the best phone Sprint ever had.

I love my 3D, if for no other reason than the battery life is a lot better and Sense 3.0 is BOSS... LOL...
Saw a 3.5 and 4.0 demo of the New Sense UI... looking forward to what it brings to ICS update... If it's not that great I might go with a pure Android phone and see what the difference is....
