Going to Atlanta Falcons Physical Therapy Centers today to start rehabilitating my shoulders.Mild bursitis in both of them and rotater cuff strains. Hopefully Ill be back lifting by spring. It's been 3 years since I last lifted I wonder how well I can put back mass on. There is a lot of experienced lifters here anybody ever get back to 100% after a shoulder injury?

Damn 3yrs, dont think muscle mem will play a roll in getting u back. no injuries to the should, some to the lower back. if i where u depending on have severe it was i would of kepy lifting and just avoiding stuff. At least you know what you are doing so u can go back quick unlike 99% of people.

If you already have a shoulder injury, lifting might not be a good way in going about a healthy lifestyle.
Have you thought about giving cycling a try? It's hella fun.
I used to be a cat 4 cyclist. Cat 2 is semi pro and Cat 1 is pro. I was actually sponsored by JitteryJoes (thats why I have this username).
I respect cyclist who ride 3 to 5 hours a day just for training (the off season is TOUGH). Toughest sport in the world IMO.*Georgia Crew*

Reading this thread the past few days it looks like y'all are reaching too much for supplements/drugs to do your hard work for you.

i tore my labryum(sp?) in high school and took some time off. I got up to 350 bench after that, so it's possible. Mine wasn't completely torn though, just a small tear.
edit: farley, i will say that it depends on a person's goals as to whether using a lot of supplements(be it EC,aas, etc) is justified. Some people are in it for the feeling of working out. to them, it may not be justified. to others who want a nice body or whatever, it may be worth it. There's nothing wrong with help as long as you know what you want out of it and what to expect.***SCC***
