    Question cutting program(advice plz)

    hey i have started a cutting program after my bulking progress and gained a good amount of mass now im trying to cut. is this a good cutting program after bulking???
    when i wake up i eat a greek yogurt
    then for breakfast 2eggs and oatmeal(dried cranberries and nuts w two percent milk)
    then lunch a green salad w/ 3/4 c. grilled chix,walnuts
    then a protien bar (homemade about 95calories)
    then take my creatine an hr before hitting the gym
    then gym
    after the gym a protien shake(one scoop plus 2%milk, half a banana)
    then dinner (veggies,w/ 3ozs of lean meat no fat rea carbs)
    i drink at least 8 cups of water a day or more most of the time more to be safe

    my cutting program so far is
    5min warm up on the treadmill
    then 5 mins on treadmill medium speed run
    then 8 mins on high speed run
    then back to 5 mins medium speed
    then 8 mins high speed run
    then 5 min cool down

    after that i do eplical for 25mins high speed


    or warm up with jump n jacks 3mins, then 2mins of high knees, and then 2mins of joggin in place

    i do light weight training two times a week, one day upper,the other day lower body. with abs hard core w/ heavy weights 2times a week

    cardio 5times a week
    weekends resting

    eating about 1400 calories a day
    wat do you guys think of the cutting program any advice ??? My goal is to lose 20pds in the nxt 10weeks.)
