Im starting leangains this week and want to make sure i have the right approach as far as supps go, from what ive read on the site the bcaa sup is an important part, so im going to order some of the xtend he mentions on the site.

So as far as a rough idea i was thinking.
Bcaa 10g pre workout
Creatine 5g pre workout
whey 30g post workout
Fishoil, multi, vitamin d in the morning
Moneys not too big of a deal, but i dont want to go overboard
Im sort of a newbie so like i said this is my rough idea of what i want it to look like,
Any ideas, thanks

Looks to be pretty good. Just remember that with creatine mono comes a little water retention that will go away after discontinuing it. For brands i would say:
Allmax Creapure
Gaspari Myofusion
XtendCurrently on 10 week cut
Current Stack:
Optimum Nutrition Opti-Men
GNC Ultra Omega Fish Oil
Xtreme Formulations Whey
Higher Power 100% Casein
Thermolife C-Bol
Driven Sports Triazole
PharmaFreak Ripped Freak
