    Summer

    I got moved from corner to weak side linebacker this spring. So this summer Im looking to put on some weight. But it needs to be lean muscle. So should I do high reps low weight for the first part of the summer and then go low reps high weight toward the end? Or should it be the other way around? Should it just be high reps the whole summer? Any advice? Im looking to put on about 10 lbs.
