Agreed bro...definitely a bit corny in the beginning, but in all honesty just trying to pump up any viewers who watched.. Really don't mean to come off cocky or narcissistic at all, just really want to win this competition - and it's tough because i entered a week late. So trying to get those votes, and keep it related to the actual competition...

My man, you def wouldn't be considered an "average joe college kid" with numbers like that. I train D1 college athletes that are barely beating those marks, some that have just started with me arent even close to that (face palm). GET IT DUDE! and keep going with it.

One more thing though, you can't take all the lifts you're strong in, and expect someone else to match you...

Now what if i said...run a 4.5 40, under 5 1/2 min mile, show me a 36.5 inch vert, and jump over 10 foot broad jump? Really no advantages/disadvantages in tests like that - Just a test of athletic performance and body functionality. Could you do it? Where would you stand? Because yea, you might be able to deadlift and front squat outside of what the "average" can do, but can you "perform" better than one?

That's the goal right there (at least for me). Lift like an animal, plus perform like one.

i can get BW + 80lbs for about 10 last time i went for it. Someone else was saying BW + 100 but i'm not at that level right now, especially while i'm dropping weight..
